Forsan Neutral Henna should be applied to unwashed hair, preferably on the day it's due to be washed. Mix the powder with water until you obtain a thick, lump-free cream. Before applying, comb through your hair, removing all knots. Before applying the mixture, protect your hands with gloves and take one strand at a time. To distribute the mixture, use a brush or simply spread it with your fingers. Any excess near the hairline should be thoroughly cleaned. Wrap your hair in plastic wrap and leave it on for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse and then shampoo.
